Why I write

I write. I write my pain. I write my discoveries. I write my recuperation. I write my recovery. And I send it out into the world, no longer afraid that this will stain me, embarrass me, harm me. Everyday I take a step closer to that which I was meant to be, a whole human spirit housed in a body my experiences have built.
