I missed a day in some discomfort, filled with regions of pain in my body and spirit. Today I am grateful for a change of simple over the counter medication that has made the pain so much more manageable. I am grateful for modern medicine.
I am grateful for my dog Khanti Mani Bindasini aka Bunni, whose joyful jumping and prancing when my daughter SK is around mirrors the jumping and prancing of my heart.
